TOURIST SERVICE CONTRACT 2022/2023 

TOTAL ROOMS: 58 

• Heritage Wing: 12 Garden Cottage , 2 Modern Deluxe room, 2 Standard sea view, 2 Large sea view, 2 Beach House with 2 bedrooms each 

• Modern Wing: 24 Modern Deluxe room, 16 Modern Premium room 

 Rates: 

• Prices include international buffet breakfast at The Spice House Restaurant. 

• All rates are inclusive of government tax & 5% service charge.  Any changes in tax and service charge will be adjusted accordingly 

• The above rates are for 02 people in room, excluding the beach house. The beach house rate is for 02 bedrooms and for 04 people in house. 

- Baby cots are provided free of charge infants under 6 y/o, subject to availability. 

• Pick up from the airport and pier at extra fee.  

• USD 10 (235,000 VND)/private taxi/one way for pick up from airport.  

• USD 18 (423,000 VND)/private taxi/one way from pier (each car maximum for 04 guests).  

• Half board: USD 30 (705,000 VND)/person and Full board: USD60 (1,410,000 VND)/person.  

• Additional compulsory dinner charge of USD 99 (2,326,500 VND)/meal/person for Christmas Eve 24/12 and New Year’s Eve 31/12 (for children under 12 years old will be USD 59 (1,386,500 VND)/child, free for children under 6).  

• Romantic dinner on the beach: USD 63 (1,480,500 VND) net/pax for set menu including set up charge, or USD 42 (987,000 VND) net for set-up only with a la carte menu. 

• Wedding events can be done on request. 

• All rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. 

• All rates may be adjusted depending on the variation of the USD/VND exchange rate. Rates can be adjusted to reflect market fluctuations with 15 days notice period. 

 Discount policy:  

• Long stay, bookings 7 day or more: 5% discount on contract rate.  

• Long stay, bookings 3-6 nights: 3% discount on contract rate. 

• Applicable on room type: Garden Cottage, Modern Deluxe, Modern Premium. 

Note:  

• All bookings should be confirmed with written confirmation with our reservation office. Reservations by phone will not be confirmed. 

• All bookings should be provided a ticket booking code to avoid flight change without any notification from party B.  

• Bookings are confirmed after our reservation office provides a folio number. 

• Each room has one double bed or Queen bed - please notify reservations if special bed arrangement is required. 

• Cassia Cotage reserves the right to deny service to guests which create a disturbance or engage in behavior which might be considered socially unacceptable in Vietnam or their country. The booking charge will not be refunded. 

• The Agent shall not release room rates on any internet sites. The above rates and prices are to be used as a components of packaged program only.
